Consistent two way communication with our Site Supervisor and myself is the key to our relationship. Our open and honest relationship allows Green Ribbon to advise what can and cannot be done based on facts, not just a “Yes” company.
Green Ribbon always attends to our needs promptly and efficiently when Urgent issues arise. The Site Supervisor is always proactive with greener options/alternatives and promptly replies to any customer requested information.
Cleaning is consistently maintained at a level which meets our detailed cleaning requirements.
